Happy Anniversary to us!

We had a great relaxing weekend to celebrate our 5th anniversary. We rented a cabin right by a creek in Cherry Log Georgia, in the blue ridge mountains. It was such a nice little cabin! It had a wrap-around porch overlooking the water, with a porch swing and a hot tub. The cabin had a loft bedroom and a fooz ball table. It was one of our best anniversaries ever! We plan on coming back again in the winter. We also got to bring the dogs. Dupree had a great time, but Hazel had some anxiety about being in a new place.

Hazel wonders where we are going. She didn't whine TOO much on the way there....

Robbie and I sit on the porch of the cabin. What a great place!

We had a great time.

That's right bitches!

Okay so I haven't been posting lately....

I will be posting again soon, I promise. I have been really busy with work lately and all that good stuff. We have been hanging out at home a lot...having people over for BBQs (with veggies for the herbivores), poker, etc... Went to East Atlanta Beer Festival and didn't get NEARLY as drunk as I did last year :(
Here's some random pics to tide you over.

EABF! Lauren, Robbie, and Megan. It was HOT that day! I got some serious sunburns, but all-in-all it was pretty awesome

Thought I would throw in a cute picture of Maddox. He is getting so big!
I am excited about our trip to the mountains for our FIFTH anniversary this month. Then in July we are going to Edisto Island with Sam and Mary and their family and I believe a few of our other friends are going to make an appearance. After we get back from that trip I have one more week of work left and then I leave to go the STL! My plane leaves the morning of the 22nd and I am ready to get down for Patrick's 30th! All this is in preparation for my first year of graduate school-starting August 18th. Wish me luck!
